In your new role you:
Provide line support for equipment setup recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in respective functional area
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required (e-checklist & TECO)
Ensure compliance with 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol
Support the tools installation as required
Assist Engineer in equipment troubleshooting & projects in any area of overall equipment efficiency (OEE) improvements
Increase responsibilities as well as depth and breadth with competency level of the tasks executed and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job according to targeted role
Contribute to the accuracy of quality in the area and can therefore impact closely related work teams
Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield
Understand priorities of work in progress
Work with toxic gases/chemicals, high voltage, and mechanical hazards with respective personal protective equipment
Identify safety requirements including lockout/tagout, and write required procedures
Track and analyze spare & consumables usage to ensure availability for production support
Resolve known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and function independently in specified areas
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or any other related engineering or science discipline
3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor or failure analysis field
Knowledge in Failure Analysis: Sample preparation, i.e., mechanical polishing, precision cleaving, and wet chemical
Knowledge in Imaging: optical and SEM
Accurate data measurement
Safe chemical handling
Knowledge of semiconductor processing, fabrication, and testing
Ability to interface effectively with employees and laboratory customers
Work closely with peers and supervisor in undertaking respective tasks
Willingness to work on 12-hour rotating shifts
