Job Requirement:- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service records, including customer and service technician's contact information.- Inventory:- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering parts as needed to support service requests.- Ensure accurate inventory records in the system match the physical stock.- Communication: Facilitating communication between service technicians and other internal departments to ensure that service requests are effectively managed.- Service branch management: Execute SOP given by HQ to streamline the operation in service branches.- Handle data entry and clerical duties. Coordinate with the service branch's manager on the completion of service personnel work orders (RS) and report to service manager if there is any irregular data in BO system.- Monthly Claim Verification: To verify service personnel's monthly claim- To ensure all the utility bills and business license are paid on time by coordinating closely with HQ- Provides administrative and operations support for the service teamJob Requirement:- Minimum Diploma- able to commute/ relocate to Inanam- Experience with water filter / water industry are preferred.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What are your expected salary ?**Experience**:- clerical: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kinabalu (required)
