Service Crew (F&B) | Eslite Bookstore, Kuala Lumpur

Job Description -Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
-Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
-Reorder supplies as needed and arrange stocks efficiently.
-Produce products following SOPs.
-Monitor and address delivery issues.
-Prepare regular performance reports.
-Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
-To promote products and deliver good customer service.
-Responsible to monitor raw materials shelf life.
-Responsible to record and maintain and reduce wastage.

-Possess at least SPM or above.
-1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
-Posses customer service and communication skills.
-Good in maintaining Inventory, Store, Organized, Independent person.
-Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin;  to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
-Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
-5 working days per week.
2 rest days on weekdays.
-Training will be provided.
-Malaysian only.
