Service Desk Supporter

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide first level support for all IT-related issues and queries.
Log and manage incidents in the Service Desk tool.
Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Work closely with other team members to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the company's technology and digital systems.
Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on IT systems when needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Desk function.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Service Desk Supporter should have:
A strong interest in technology and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
