Job Responsibilities: Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goalsDevelop warehouse quality control systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shippingSupervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as neededMeet regularly with Trigo team to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss preventionOversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packagesSafeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocolsControls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with WMSMaintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job resultsHandle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior QC Inspector experience: Education level: Minimum SPM or three years of working experience in QC inspection and testing.- Year Experience: Minimum one year experience in QC inspection and testing.- Capability: Well versed in analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.- Skills: Familiar with testing operation and equipment.- Language: Bahasa is a must and basic English will be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: Perform daily quality inspection and testing activities on in-coming, in-process and final products. Authorize to accept conforming materials/products and to reject materials/products found not meeting quality specifications.Ensure work area and job compliance to the quality requirements, safety rules and company policies.Confirm QC documents, QC testing method and procedure are complying to the requirements.Manage all QC documentation and ensure all documents are timely recorded and prepared.Maintain calibration of all testing equipment.Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
