Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Safety & Health Officer (from clients side) and the site management in implementing the safety and health requirements, standards and instructions.
Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution.
Liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matter affecting workers.
Take pro-active measures to identify hazards, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
Provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external audits by ensuring all related documents at site are updated from time to time.
Create safety awareness and carry out safety meetings, fire drill exercises, safety induction, and safety training for existing and new employees while building and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers, relevant stakeholders, and the public.
Responsible for implementing the requirements of the Safety Management System (site).
