Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.Requirement: At least SPM holder / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.At least 1 years' experience in supervision of M & E construction project.With Class D driving license. working environment.Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.Benefits: Annual Bonus + Company Trip + Annual Leave + Medical BenefitEPF, SOCSO and EIS Benefits
