What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews to ensure the timely and efficient completion of project tasks
Monitor and maintain proper site safety and quality control procedures
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure seamless project progress
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, progress, and any concerns
Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet project deadlines
Identify and resolve any construction-related problems or challenges that arise
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry best practices
Proficient in project management software and other construction-related tools
