Job Responsibilities:Arrange, organize, train, manage workers, and monitor the progress of daily work (waterproofing) to keep workflow on track.
Effectively control the costs on site.
Coordinate with the main contractor.
Prepare site reports and work schedules.
Able to speak Mandarin is preferred due to the need to communicate with Chinese main contractor.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Good leadership qualities and able to lead a team of workers to meet delegated tasks.
Ability to work independently with good self-discipline.
Knowledge of reading construction drawings.
Willingness to travel for business.
