**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Social Media Strategy Development:** Design comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives of SIRIM Berhad. Set clear goals and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- **Content Creation and Management:** Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others) to sustain audience interest and enhance brand identity.
- **Community Engagement:** Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner, fostering a positive relationship with our audience and addressing queries or concerns.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, iterating strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure that all social media communications adhere to SIRIM Berhad's brand guidelines, preserving a unified voice and presence across platforms.
- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, and Product Development to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and measuring ROI effectively.
- **Training and Guidance:** Provide training and guidance to other team members regarding social media tactics and engagement techniques.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Dedicated and driven personality, with a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and concepts is a plus.
