Sourcing Executive

We are a well-established Japanese MNC specializing in audio OEM products. We are hereby looking out for committed and enthusiastic personnel to join our team as:
SOURCING EXECUTIVE Responsibilities: To assist in the supply chain management for overseas or domestic supplierResponsible for sourcing new vendors and negotiate for cost effectiveness and standards improvementLiaise with vendors for parts/service quotations & samples Tracking status of orders and report on monthly turnoverPurchase order preparation and reconcile purchase order against supplier delivery order & invoicesResponsible for material consumption planning and analysis, purchase of goods and inventory for goods purchaseInventory and Production control to prevent overstock Requirements: Degree or with Supply Chain/Purchasing related experiences Possess strong numeric analysis capabilities in analysing Material Planning, Production Planning outputs and deliver effective management reportsGood communication skill in Chinese and English. Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage Frequent travelling both locally and overseasProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFresh graduates are welcome Applicants must be willing to work in Persiaran Gurney (Penang Island) area Interested candidates are invited to submit their full resume, stating current and expected salary and contact number.
