Responsibility
Report to the SOX & IC, IT Manager to assist in IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs) SOX Compliance and perform SOX Compliance testing
Define, plan, design, implement, and maintain the internal IT SOX controls framework to ensure compliance with the requirements of ITGCs and ITACs
Perform SOX management reporting of the status of SOX deployment/testing and deficiencies.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and R&D Team to understand, evaluate, and test IT controls
Evaluate and identify control deficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend remediation plans and perform validation and follow up on the remediation actions
Serve as a subject-matter expert on SOX-related topics as well as Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
Train and educate employees on SOX requirements and the correct execution of processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Electrical & Electronics, or related disciplines with IT focus
Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) is a plus
5+ years of experience in IT audit and risk advisory experience which including SOX
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft excel and/or VBA or Macro
Emotional intelligence and meticulous, detail oriented
Strong in project management experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality work product and output
Travelling is required for this role (especially with the Asia Pacific region) 10-30%#J-18808-Ljbffr
