Job DescriptionRespond and manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, chats and other messages from customers.
Communicate concise and accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
Identify and understand customer needs, issues, and requests, thereafter providing solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner.
Follow up on customer cases/complaints end to end.
Serve as the customer's advocate by solving problems on the customer's behalf by engaging the right department and people.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Support Senior Specialists to facilitate successful completion of organization's targets and performance goals.
Job RequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
Passion for service (Previous service experience will be an added advantage).
Able to speak and write good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
The ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Computer literate with good typing skills; familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Able to work on shifts and weekends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Service-oriented, self-confident, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and as a team player with a positive mindset.
Good time management and result-oriented.
