Job Description:You will source and spearhead the initial screening of all hiring requirements for Malaysia based on specified qualifications
You will conduct phone interviews and coordinate and facilitate the language assessment process by ensuring candidates complete the written and typing exams within 24-48 hours.
You will endorse qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for the next steps.
You will release offers to the successful candidates and onboard them as per the hiring timelines.
Database management for all the candidates/employees
Referral management
Reporting and productivity governance
Qualifications:Our most successful candidates will have:
At least 3 years of work experience in Recruiting.
Mandarin Speaker/Native Speaker.
Are willing to learn on the job (no phone screener experience needed).
Have excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; Internet).
Have excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Possess the ability to focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Have the flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Must be a local of Malaysia.
