Overview
This role is responsible in maintaining inventory, costing controls , issue PR/PO as well as be the supporting role for Facilities cost forecasting and reporting. You will be working with a collaborative team to provide decision support to Finance and Facilities Management Team, a good opportunity to grow and advance your career.
Job Description
Monitor and perform setups on inventory cycle count program, prepare analysis reporting on cycle count performance and inventory control.
Follow up monthly accruals with entire department to support for month end close activities.
Assist in tracking/update KPI outlook and metrics, preparation and checking on financial reports for management review.
Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensure inventory and costing control procedures in compliance to GAAP and SOX requirement.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects.
System managing for a group of in-house contractors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A, combination of both experiences would be an added advantage.
Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good analytical and reporting skills, have good understanding in manufacturing cost structure.
Positive mindset and proactive in problem solving.
