As a Senior HR Business Advisor at Dexcom Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in supporting and partnering with business leaders to drive the organization's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory services, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning and organizational development.
Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement.
Enhance the HR department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.
Complete projects and special assignments to determine priorities, effective time management, gain the cooperation of others, monitor progress, problem-solving, and make appropriate adjustment to project plans.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices is preferred.
Previous experience with Workday is preferred.
Previous experience with RBA compliance is preferred.
