You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory services, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to drive organizational success.Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning and organizational development.Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement.Enhance the HR department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.Complete projects and special assignments to determine priorities, effective time management, gain the cooperation of others, monitor progress, problem-solving, and make appropriate adjustment to project plans.Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices is preferred.Previous experience with Workday is preferred.Previous experience with RBA compliance is preferred
