As a Senior HR Business Advisor, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives that align with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will oversee the implementation of HR strategies and programs that enhance talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, contributing to the overall success of Dexcom Malaysia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs, align HR strategies, and drive organizational success.
Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Lead performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify and address skill gaps, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Analyze HR data, including employee engagement surveys, turnover rates, and performance metrics, to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs.
Lead HR projects and initiatives, including cross-functional collaborations, organizational change efforts, and technology implementation.
Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices is preferred.
Previous experience with Workday is preferred.
Previous experience with RBA compliance is preferred.
