If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talented Inventory Control Analyst to join us in Malaysia!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee entire warehouse operations (receiving, kitting, packing and shipment) to ensure accuracyConduct periodical cycle count and stock taking to ensure the accuracy of the physical stock & system dataWarehouse & logistics resource planning inline with the business requirementParticipate and lead in various external & internal auditDrive for continuous improvementPrepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocksDocument Control Process knowledgeEnsure that inventories are constantly up to standardsDocument stocks delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing or positionPrepare records used to access tax that is dueEnsure maintenance of optimal levels of stock for availability as the need arisesEnsure proper management of aging and excess stocksRecommend operational process, policies and goals to company's managementCarry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levelsManage and develop team of inventory countersTrain personnel on processes and audit processes Educational/Certification Requirement: At least 6 years' demonstrated experience in Warehouse operations in manufacturing environment for Diploma or Degree holder Experience Requirement: At least 8 years relevant experience in Warehouse operations in manufacturing environment forBeing in a managerial/supervisory role for minimum 2 years in the relevant mentioned industry.Highly organized and detailedGood leadership skills with a strong sense of urgency and responsibilityProficient in Microsoft Office Application and ERP systemEffective leadership skills: The manager needs strong leadership skills to carry out recruiting and hiring; resolving conflicts, and keeping the people motivated enough to work effectivelyCritical thinking skills: He/she must be able to come up with revolutionary ideas for the company's growthOrganization skills: The inventory control manager must be able to organize his/her team, schedules, and inventories to ensure efficiency in work deliveryComputer skills: The inventory manager must be able to work with basic computer applications like Microsoft officeHe/she should have excellent analytical skills to joggle several contending issues and come up with the best decisionsExcellent logistical skills to be able to track movement of supplies from the supplier to the warehouseAbility to work under pressure and still maintain ideal disposition towards work At Ultra Clean Technology, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
