In this position you will play a vital role in developing and executing short- and long-term strategies for the category, driving initiatives such as product improvement, cost competitiveness, portfolio optimization, and rebranding.
You will be acting as the primary global liaison for product-related matters.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross-functional teams – Business Unit, Regional Product Portfolio Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Brand, and Vertical Leaders, and reporting to the Associate Director, Global Product Portfolio, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive product lifecycle management, improvement, and rationalization initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and operational efficiency; support cost reduction (PCDR) projects.
Contribute to and align activities with the overall strategy for the assigned product portfolio.
Track sales, pricing, competition, and market share; collaborate with regional teams and operations to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets to optimize product positioning, strategies, and financial outcomes.
Support vertical and New Product Development efforts by guiding development, introduction, and positioning of new products in line with portfolio strategy.
Lead new product launch and change projects through the stage-gate process.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the assigned product category.
Work with Global Operations to optimize product specifications and operational efficiency; support sourcing strategies and supply optimization.
Develop benchmarking insights on competitor capabilities, pricing, and product performance.
Ensure product specifications meet regulatory and quality standards; support complaint resolution and manage product changes.
Actively contribute to integrated business planning initiatives.
Support various projects (e.g.
PIM, website improvements), and other ad hoc product management tasks.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Demonstrated knowledge of Sales & Marketing or Business Development, with solid experience in Product Management.
Proven record of leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization in a global/multinational environment.
A pragmatic thinker, driven & result-oriented individual with creative, strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, multicultural awareness with the ability to work well at different levels in the organization.
Knowledge of Project Management and PPE is a plus.
Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken), any other languages are a plus.
This role requires international/domestic travel (30%) and exposure to relevant B2B channels and markets.
