Sr. Production Quality Engineer

Job Description Review and adhere to all company policies as outlined in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreements.Monitor the production process and assist Contract Manufacturers (CM) with the transfer, stability, and readiness of MP production for final release.Coordinate with functional teams to improve production yield rates.Familiarize yourself with the quality control system and ensure accurate implementation of product requirements on the CM side.Conduct preliminary failure analysis of process/component defects to assist CM in detecting root causes and collecting background data.Track CM/supplier improvement reports, reviewing feasibility and ensuring execution of corrective actions.Qualifications Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS, BSEM, or MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience in the PCB assembly process.Strong knowledge of computer or electronic components/devices.Good understanding of computer or electronic component testing and inspection.Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in the PCBA field.Willingness to work on-site at the CM factory.
