In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accountable for managing organizational and administrative tasks Ensure that the office is organized and operating effectively and efficiently; maintain files and records Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements (including air, hotel & ground transportation) Manage calendar activities (scheduling meetings both internal & external, conference calls, appointments, and travel) Handle internal and external procurement for office and project need Create and submit expense reports Research vendors Research and/or prepare materials for meetings and presentations; compile reference materials as needed Streamline process and procedure associated to this role and/or department procedures for efficiency Coordinate on-boarding of new employees Backup for other administrative assistants as needed And to make it fun, your role will include planning and executing large department meetings and events Who You Are: You are someone who can work and learn independently, managing your time efficiently in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
