Staff Specialist, Cost Operations Controlling

Responsibilities:Overall backend plant products standard cost, providing analysis, guidance and direction to operations, PLs and support functions for product cost.
Overall backend plant product cost tasks including quarterly standard cost, annual cost rate & 5 years cost roadmap.
Backend Product / Workcenter Operation includes cost center budget/forecast/actual gap analysis and reporting.
Work with operation owners to drive budget, cost improvement and control throughout the plant.
Volume reporting & analysis and inventory forecast.
Work with operation owners on inventory control.
Active business partnering with relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent.
Relevant financial cost controlling experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in manufacturing plant cost controlling.
Skilled in SAP system and equipped with strong analytical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
