Subcon Coordinator

Responsibilities:Process Purchase Requisition in accordance to SOP.
Issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices for daily delivery.
Coordinate pick-up/delivery arrangements.
Coordinating communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Ensuring smooth delivery by monitoring timelines, quality, and cost.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production goals with overall company objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting.
Other support and administration duties as required by superior.
Requirements:STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent in communicating & coordinating with various departments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in English & Chinese - written & oral.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Basic understanding of products & engineering drawings will be an advantage.
