Supervisor

Responsibilities and task include but not limited to the following:
Ability to setup line and fulfill job with minimal disruptions.Manage and allocate colleagues to effectively perform against targets.Direct operators to maximize productivity and quality.Monitor product's quality control checks and target output.Carry out 5S , cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery.Identify and report abnormal operations to Process Engineer / Prod Manager immediatelyEnsure products are to the correct and meet customer / product's specifications. Contribute to continuous improvements activities. Ensure operations of all equipment and maintain safety for same and evaluate all work and maintain accuracy for same. Report to Process Engineer / Prod Manager in a timely manner of any important aspects and problem related to assigned responsibilities. May be assigned tasks in other work areas by the Line Leader & above when required. To perform any additional assignments as instructed by the Section Head / Prod Manager and to maintain the professional competence , knowledge, and skills in the performance of all assigned responsibilities.  JOB QUALIFICATION :  SPM & aboveGood working knowledge in manufacturing environmentIndependent , self – managing , self-directing and ability to learn fast
