Poji's Tempe is a company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor, that produces tempe using high-quality soybeans.
We are committed to supplying our products across Malaysia, including the northern area.
Our goal is to provide excellent service to our customers while expanding our business in the manufacturing and supplying of fresh tempe to the local market.
Currently, we operate seven (7) outlets in Malaysia: Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah.
Our products are certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI, and Buatan Malaysia, giving us a competitive advantage.
Job CriteriaSupervising the operation status of production lines.
Ensuring the performance of all production lines is well maintained while transferring shifts.
Co-operating with line leaders to fully handle line conditions and problems.
Updating daily and monthly stock balance.
Arranging shift timetables for line leaders.
Experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and mechanical machinery.
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good problem-solving skills.
