Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to track and manage PO progress.
Prepare monthly documentation for internal and external audits.
Monitor supply plan closely to mitigate any potential business risk.
Develop core supply chain metrics to manage inventory, service levels, and costs.
Serve as the process owner, training the team on logistics systems.
Handle local purchases by liaising with local vendors and suppliers.
Input data for all purchasing transactions within the specified timeframe to ensure e-invoicing compliance.Job RequirementsPreferably candidates with a minimum of 1 year working experience in the relevant industry.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
