Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to oversee sourcing, purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
The responsibilities of this role include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities: Procurement, Sourcing and Planning -Ensure adherence to company procurement SOP, policies, and procedures.
-Manage daily operational purchasing, including planning and issuing purchase orders.
-Collaborate with Finance for payments, credit notes, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
-Coordinate extensively with the Product, Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance teams for seamless business operations.
-Conduct negotiations with suppliers for pricing, samples, and terms to secure the best deals.
-Source new suppliers and analyze pricing proposals for competitiveness.
-Cultivate and maintain positive supplier relationships, fostering business partnerships.
-Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and update price lists.
-Document and track all ordered/received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
-Update, control, and verify documentation for project/campaign compliance.
-Assist in product costing, pricing, and maintaining internal Product Specifications.
-Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

-Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
-Speak and write fluently in English and Malay, ability in Mandarin is an advantage -Minimum Diploma or equivalent certifications or at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
