Job Description for Stock Control, Logistics, and Production
1.
Comprehensive Management: Oversee inventory, logistics, supply chain, and production, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
2.
Warehousing and Materials Handling: Manage warehousing activities, materials handling, and packaging to optimize our processes.
3.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless stock management.
4.
Supply Chain Optimization: Plan, implement, and control the efficiency and effectiveness of the flow of goods, both forward and reverse.
5.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain all inventory movements and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
6.
Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory to facilitate efficient material storage and handling, while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
7.
Labelling and Barcoding: Implement and manage a labelling and item barcode system for each stock item.
8.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Be prepared to perform other ad-hoc duties as required by top management, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
