Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of a new supply planning tool and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply, inventory, and distribution planning processes in the Malaysian market.
Co-lead master data clean-up and updates for the Malaysian market, collaborating with the local planning team to ensure data accuracy.
Validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and End-to-End process models, ensuring alignment with regional timelines and requirements.
Serve as a super user for the new planning tool, providing training to end-users on supply planning processes (MRP, DRP, Inventory, Production) for Malaysia and export markets.
Participate in design workshops for supply and inventory planning processes, aligning them with local and export market requirements, and identifying gaps between current and future processes.
Ensure data quality and process integration with local market requirements, supporting testing, validation, and training, while collaborating with both regional and global teams during implementation and post-launch support.
The Successful ApplicantExpertise in supply and inventory planning with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in supply planning, ideally within fast-paced environments.
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, with a strong preference for experience in FMCG or a solid understanding of the Lubricant business.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and present to diverse audiences, both written and verbally.
Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, managing tasks effectively and delivering results in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams to achieve shared objectives.
Familiarity with supply planning systems such as JDE, SAP, or similar tools, with particular experience in planning modules for supply and inventory management.
