### Job Description

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while requiring a commitment to excellence in assisting our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong independent work ethic, confidence in their abilities, as well as outstanding cooperation and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.

- **Data Management:** Assist in maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets with accuracy. Ensure that all data entries are complete and errors are corrected promptly.

- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Document Preparation:** Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure all materials are formatted properly and are free of errors.

- **Task Coordination:** Assist in project management by tracking the progress of tasks and deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct basic market research and data analysis to support departmental initiatives. Summarize findings and present them clearly to management.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various teams to support organizational goals. Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork in all interactions.

- **Confidentiality and Ethical Standards:** Maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning sensitive information and adhere to UEM Sunrise Berhad's ethical standards.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Independent:** Ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision.
- **Confident:** Strong self-assurance in decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- **Soft Skills:**
