**Job Description:**

MR DIY Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive relationship with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear, concise, and actionable solutions while maintaining customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of MR DIY products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to address complex customer inquiries, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved effectively.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service and product offerings, participating actively in the continuous improvement process.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised and resolutions provided, within our CRM system.
- **Training Support:** Assist in the onboarding of new employees by sharing knowledge and best practices about customer service and process improvements.
- **Innovation:** Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer support experience through creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- **Team Engagement:** Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and computer systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
