System Support Engineer

Role: Systems Support Engineer
Location: Yate

Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade, and validate computer systems.
Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance.
Manage client communications and resolve tickets.
Conduct site surveys and support internal IT infrastructure.
Perform functional testing and provide feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proficiency in Windows Server/Desktop systems and Office 365.
Helpdesk and remote support experience.
Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and hardware/software support.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
