Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development, and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.
Review, understand, and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.
Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
Develop potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
Support business development by introducing the company's services to prospects.
Post job advertisements on job portals and print media.
Coordinate interviews (Face to face / Phone / Skype).
Qualify candidates through interviews, screening, and reference checks.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Positive and driven.
Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive in partnering with hiring managers, peers, and external stakeholders.
Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good presentation skills.
Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
