Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
You will engage with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate closely with them throughout the hiring process.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define candidate profiles
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and talent availability
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Those without experience but are keen to learn and willing to put in extra effort are also encouraged to apply
