Talent Acquisition Coordinator (3-6 Months)

What you'll do:Schedule interviews and manage recruitment calendars for hiring managers and candidates.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process by liaising with People Operations for pre-employment requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads on various platforms, and monitor applications.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports, metrics, and updates for leadership teams.
Foster a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication and addressing inquiries.
Organize and send feedback to candidates after interviews.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide administrative support to the wider People Operations Team as and when required.
Who you are:Experience in administration and/or coordination, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities (essential).
Flexibility and versatility to adjust priorities based on team needs, with a strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
