Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am – 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Bachelor of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
