Summary of Job Scope :
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding of candidates who align with our company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a critical role in driving our growth by ensuring we have a strong team of agents dedicated to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Talent Sourcing
• Identify company recruiting needs, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, referrals, social media, and participate in networking events, career fairs, seminars, career talks and roadshows to identify potential candidates.
• Organize, attend and conduct entrepreneurial trainings and seminars when required
2. Screening and Selection
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
• Assist in the decision-making process by providing recommendations based on candidate evaluations.
3. Onboarding
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Organize orientation and training for new agents, introducing them to company policies, procedures, expectations, contractual obligations and training requirements.
SECONDARY DUTIES Participate in sales and marketing campaigns and group projectsCreate and manage social media content for the company's social media accountsAssist with other administrative duties or any assigned duties as and when required.
