Job DescriptionRecruitment Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.Talent Sourcing and NetworkingUtilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to find qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.Candidate Screening and InterviewsReview resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Collaboration with Hiring ManagersWork closely with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and ensure the best candidate selection.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.Offer ManagementPrepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment in alignment with company policies.Employer BrandingPromote the company's culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the organization and engage with potential candidates.Reporting and AnalyticsMaintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.Job RequirementsEducation and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role (1 year preferred).
Skills :
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and job market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Familiarity in E-commerce and digital marketing industry will be advantageous.
