Responsibilities:
Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of openings (Commercial Sales/After Sales/ Key accounts Sales, Technical, SCH, Trade Compliance, Finance, etc.) across countries in Asia.
Build deep partnerships with the hiring managers for the assigned openings to understand business needs, technical requirements and team dynamics while providing high quality ideas on sourcing strategies and challenges.
Source external candidates using a wide variety of recruitment methods: posting, networking, headhunting, etc. and propose innovative sourcing strategies to execute a successful recruitment plan.
Act as a recruitment expert and provide guidance and best practices to hiring managers when needed.
Partner closely with local HR Business Partners to ensure that the recruitment process is followed as defined.
Ensure excellent candidates' experience and be the company's culture & values ambassador.
What you need to have:
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment within Asia.
Experience in managing different roles across the organization including sales, technical and other functions.
Solid experience in LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, projects) and other sites.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and to lead recruitment projects with remote hiring managers/HRBP for multiple locations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at different levels.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Experience in using ATS would be a plus.
Experience in remote location hiring in the APAC region would be an advantage.
