Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Qualifying Candidates:Collaborate closely with our colleagues in the Singapore office to identify and source potential candidates for our clients.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and client specifications.Candidate Screening:Conduct phone screening with candidates to assess their suitability for specific job roles.
Utilize various interview techniques to gauge a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.Candidate Preparation:Provide candidates with in-depth information about the roles they are being considered for.
Brief candidates on the client's expectations and requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared for interviews and assessments.Documentation and Database Management:Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and interactions.
Ensure that all documents, including resumes, application forms, and interview notes, are properly stored in our database, in compliance with data protection regulations.Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline.
