The Talent Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for managing the initial stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates. This role supports the recruitment team by ensuring a robust candidate pipeline, facilitating candidate screening, and coordinating various talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities:Supporting regional recruitment process (sourcing and scheduling of interviews) to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Perform job and task analysis and being able to identify the right talent pools for the roles
Maintain candidate databases, track sourcing activities and provide updates on recruitment progress
Suggest improvements to the sourcing process, and implement new techniques and tools to enhance efficiency
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in regional talent sourcing and coordination, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Workday and LinkedIn recruiter).
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), in English and Mandarin.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
