Job Responsibilities:Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking drink orders.
Preparing and serving beverages.
Answering customers' questions about menu choices.
Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
Attracting new customers and refining the menu.
Minimum Requirements:Training Provided.
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Experienced Barista (coffee/tea) highly preferred.
Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy.
Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
Detail-oriented & passionate about service quality.
Excellent communication skills with a good command of Mandarin/English will be a surplus.
