Team Leader, Documentation

Responsibilities:
Continuous uptrend disbursement within a shorter TAT.
Improve staff productivity as per stipulated target.
Customer/People Management:
High internal and external customer satisfaction measured in complaints/feedback frequency, processing time meeting/exceeding business expectation, service quality and accuracy, identification and resolution to factors and obstacles within and beyond team's control.
Coordinate with all relevant working relationships departments such as Legal advisers, Lending Operations, suppliers, Trade, Marketing, and Treasury department to ensure appropriate support is built up to smoothen the documentation process.
Consistent review of solicitors' performance to ensure appropriate Service Level is met.
High staff engagement leading to output delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness of services offered, responsibilities, and ownership.
Internal Process:
Ensure all documentation processes are fully assessed and in compliance with all policies/procedures and in adherence to regulatory/Risk/Compliance/audit requirements.
Ensure loan documents are complete and in order prior to disbursement and if otherwise, follow up procedures are in place and in order.
Consistently review processes to drive potential process improvements in terms of quality, accuracy, processing time/TAT, disbursement.
Learning & Growth:
Complete all the learning and development courses selected/assigned.
Proactively ensure staff are well equipped with appropriate training and knowledge to perform day-to-day functions and continuous improvement in staff competencies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
