TEAM LEADER Duties and Responsibilities: To assist Operation Assistant Manager/Manager and to supervise a team of sales and operation  To deliver quality sales and services To support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e. customer service, sale revenue target, and productivity To motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve the sales targetTo handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team member as necessary To ensure all team member understand the company policy, customer service skill, and each department SOP To review goal for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly and monthly To ensure the team and daily tracking report are update and accurate To assign lead to team member in an effective and fair manner To ensure team member are familiar with product knowledge  Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Team Leader  Excellent customer service skill.Physical abilityCritical thinking and time managementFast learner and passion for salesShould have pleasing personality.Good command in both spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin.
