Responsibilities:Provide regular technical training in Malaysia region.
Follow-up on warranty submissions from customers and dealers.
Resolve technical issues regarding Shimano bicycle components.
Prepare, maintain and modify technical materials.
Manage online e-learning technical webpage.
Proficient on bike components (road, Mountain Bike, Gravel) assembly.
Provide assistance and technical support at events when necessary.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma in related fields.
Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.
Excel, Words, PPT).
Notes:Willing to travel and work on weekends for events occasionally.
Comfortable to communicate and engage to all levels and big groups.
