As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you will own, coordinate and execute the onboarding of surgical practices to Medbelle.
This includes optimising their websites with Medbelle tools and setting up different communication tools and analytics.
Additionally, you will help to maximise their effectiveness.What you will doManage and coordinate the implementation of Medbelle growth tools on surgeon websites in collaboration with Medbelle's account management team, surgeons and their support staff.
Configure and deploy tools like online booking, referral, and enquiry forms (currently using iframes, with potential updates).
Create and maintain surgeon websites using Medbelle's no-code templates.
Optimise website performance, tracking, and conversion rates to maximise surgeon practices' success.Who you are2+ years of experience in web development or software engineering.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven expertise in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Square) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or other backend languages).
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Bonus pointsExperience in communicating with senior stakeholders, e.g.
surgeons and their practices.
Experience with headless CMS solutions (e.g., Wagtail), no-code tools (e.g., Webflow) or collaboration & project management tools (e.g.
Notion).
Experience with advanced tools to support our core engineering team:
Proven experience building performant production-level APIs and web applications using Django, Django RESTful, GraphQL, and React.
Proficient in SQL, especially with PostgreSQL, and CSS, particularly TailwindCSS.
Familiarity with SQLAlchemy, Docker, and AWS deployment pipelines.
Experience with Apollo client and GraphQL libraries, design systems like Storybook, end-to-end testing with Playwright, and React component testing.
TypeScript experience in production applications.
