What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of existing and new projects from an E2E Delivery perspective.
Work with the Product team as well as Business Stakeholders in delivering projects at the acceptable time, cost, and quality.
Define and document project scope and resource requirements.
Set and manage timelines for deliverables.
Define and manage priorities against the available capacity of team members.
Manage a cross-disciplinary Scrum team.
Facilitate and drive all Scrum Ceremonies.
Be the Liaison between Product Manager, Scrum Team, and Stakeholders.
Provide timely updates and reports on the progress and status of the project.
Drive Rapid Response resolution (Incident Ticket Management) under your portfolio.
Create a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture.
Uphold morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.
Encourage regular iteration on deliverables.
Ensure the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
Ensure the Delivery Discipline and Delivery KPI are met at all times (SLA, Timelines, Cost, and Quality to Complete targets).
What you have/are/will be:
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferred but not required.
Equivalent practical experience is a reasonable substitute.
Relevant Project Management experience.
Strong exposure to Agile Software Development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
Defines the vision for the project, sets priorities, and ensures work is completed on time.
Strong estimation and scoping skills.
Good time management, prioritizing time-critical tasks, delegating, and following up.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
