Responsibilities:
Technical support works, pre- and after-sales service works for internal and external customers.
Support for product selection, prepare proposals for technical integration and/or product applications.
Technical support on customer site, including but not limited to technical meetings, product introductions, and presentations.
Technical support via email and phone for customers.
Assist and actively participate in activities such as live studio product presentations, technical interactions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and proposal presentations.
Summarize and prepare technical cases.
Keen interest in technical face-to-face interactions with customers during pre- and post-sales activities prioritized by sales.
Ability and keen interest to travel frequently to customer locations, both locally and outstation, for meetings and various technical interactions to support sales team members.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Automation related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Automation or related industry; 8 years or more preferred.
Familiarity with IT languages such as Node-Red, Codesys, VB, C#, JSON, etc., is a plus.
Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills for presenting product and/or application proposals.
Forward-looking and self-management abilities, driven and results-oriented in business development, and a good team player.
Good command of English and overall communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel within the Singapore region.
Willingness to establish strong technical relationships with customers.
Keen interest in presenting personal and company technical competence at customer premises regularly.
