Responsibilities:Monitor daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in working condition.
Supervise and schedule technicians for routine inspections and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to the established schedule.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all team members.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, coordinating necessary repairs.
Maintain detailed records of equipment, including repair logs and inventory of tools.
Respond to urgent maintenance calls and emergencies during and after operating hours.
Monitor key equipment like elevators, escalators, and lifts to ensure proper functioning.
Monitor third-party service providers to ensure work is done on time and to the required standards.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on maintenance activities to the operations manager.
Ensure minimal disruption to mall operations during maintenance work.
Ad-hoc tasks from the management.
